Are credit card transactions secure with Sunlight Clinical Solutions?

Yes. We don’t hold your credit card payment details at all, the final payment in the transaction is on a web page provided by HSBC Bank and the information goes straight to them.

I'm still worried about internet security; how else can I pay?

Please call us on 01443 471345. We can take credit card details over the telephone. Alternatively, you can set up an account if you will be ordering frequently, or you can post details to us (although we’ll have to wait for them before we can dispatch your order).

Can you supply me if I am outside the UK?

Yes. Your credit card will allow you to pay us in sterling by converting from your own currency. We’ll e-mail you the delivery charge details and await your confirmation before dispatching your products. Please be sure to check any customs regulations that may apply to your delivery.

How will I know my order has been accepted?

When we receive your order we will allocate the appropriate stock and send confirmation that the order is being processed.


In the unlikely event of there not being stock of a product you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If, after a week, we have not managed to contact you, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to your card.

How can I track my order?
