When you place an order to with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt. Your order is an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us (and a contract entered into) when we send an e-mail confirmation of the order to you.

8. Returns

Please review our Return Policy , In addition to your 30 day returns guarantee, non -business customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the order confirmation e-mail and in the Return Policy.

9. Pricing and availability

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. (As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable).

A product may on occasion be mispriced. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering or dispatching, we will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable. We will provide you either a full refund or give you an opportunity to select an alternative product of the same value.

Any promotional or special offers on Products are only available while stocks last.
"Our Price", as displayed, is exclusive of UK VAT. This is added, at the appropriate rate, at the checkout stage of the ordering process.

Delivery charges shall apply as follows:


MAINLAND UK ONLY:
Order Value              < £100            : £7.95
Order Value between £100 - £150    : £4.95
Order Value              > £150             : FREE

All other addresses outside Mainland UK will be directed to a telesales operator who will quote the Customer a price for delivery based on the location and weight of the order.

Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it].

We cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the dispatch process.

We reserve the right to make changes to the range and discounts of products offered from time to time. The products sold by us are designed for the purposes specified and no warranty is given that they shall be suitable for purposes other than those described.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
