Purpose of Role:
Due to the expansion of our sales department, we are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful team player to sell medical equipment to new business leads and existing customers. The role will also involve the supervisory management of the team on a day to day basis.
For this exciting role, the ideal candidate will need to possess the following attributes:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Specialist Telesales experience, with managerial responsibility
- Must show evidence of achievements
- Excellent communication skill
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and to think on your feet
- A flair for selling and the ability to recognise buying signals
- Be resilient
- Competitive with a desire to succeed and achieve goals and targets
- Able to work on own initiative within the telesales guidelines
- Ideally have some knowledge of our product range, customer base, Company culture and or other relevant experience
